Competition of any kind can be rather tough, especially if you're unprepared - even simple choices such as picking out your beverage can play a part. Indeed, that's where our next partner for the Malta ePremier League 2021/22 plays. Accordingly, we're thrilled to announce Pepsi as a sponsor for the upcoming season - read on to learn more!

Pepsi Sponsoring the Malta ePremier League 2021/22 - A Global Brand

Pepsi-Cola is a refreshing cola-flavoured carbonated soft drink created in the US all the way back in 1893.

Since its conception, the brand has launched into global success and is now redistributed locally with a tonne of variants, such as Diet Pepsi and Pepsi Max. Undoubtedly, it's likely you already knew about that.

Apart from quenching our thirst, especially in the notorious summer heat, Pepsi is back to sponsor the Malta BOV ePremier League from last season. Specifically, they'll once again be the main partner for the multiple awards which take place in the Main Competition phase.

Both the Player of the Week and People's Choice awards will be supported by Pepsi once again. Taking place weekly, the Player of the Week will be decided with voting - 70% public and 30% judging panel. For example, last year saw the likes of Dunstan Vella, Alessandro Ebejer, Gianluca Sant, and Owen Galea walking away with it.

On the other hand, the People's Choice Award is more prestigious. Strictly determined by public voting, the winner receives both the title and a handy €500 - Luke Bartolo was our winner last season.

Simply put, we're honored to once again have the global brand on board for another season. Be sure to vote for both awards when the time comes!
